I signed up for a 2 month deal at $9.99 a month. I attempted to cancel before the trial ended but was still charged $40 for the next month. Not ideal but I wasn’t getting anywhere trying to prove that to the staff. Ok fine
I was able to get 1 wash out of the $40 month and then the reader on my windshield failed. I was told it was a system issue and I would be contacted by the manager. I stopped in the office 3 times to talk to a manager about the issue and was never able to catch the “right” manager. I left my contact information multiple times and was never contacted by the manager. So at this point I was charged $40 for a month of washes that I wasn’t able to use. I don’t plan on visiting any Rainstorm locations if this is how well they treat customers.
Unfortunately, car wash was down when I arrived, but the free vacuums were powerful and very helpful! Honestly, a free vacuum service is beyond generous, and I will be happy to bring my business back when the car wash is open.
I went tuesday 11/14/23 and 11:30 in a company vehicle. I pulled up and no attendant was present, then came out after we sat there for a while and was so far back by the sign when you put your car in nutral. She didnt direct us then rolled her eyes and was super sarcastic and rude. Treating us like we were dumb because she cant so her job. Then proceeded to give me and my coworkers dirty as looks and mouth comments to us and her coworker who also was laughing being entirely rude. It was only two female workers working and were both so rude completely disgusted thats how they are allowed to treat customers when they didnt do their job correct in the fierst place. Have had a membership for years and will now not be returning.
Vacuums usually don't work, trash everywhere. Not as kept up as it used to be. Very disappointed. Looking to find another place to wash my car.
Vacuums never work but we pay a membership to use them. I’m an Uber and this is one of the only reasons I need to use a car wash frequently. This one needs to do a lot better to retain my business.
Horrible car wash!! I spent $25 to get everything done. While I was there half of the vacuums weren’t in service. The bug prewash bucket was gone. I went through the car wash came out and still bugs all over the front and side mirrors. I’ve tried calling the number and it’s not in service. I suggest if you want your car actually washed you pick a different car wash!
We were actually there to vacuum out my car and this aggressiv lady comes out screaming that no one can park here or they’ll tow. Now I know why I never see customers here.
My favorite car wash. Seems to get car cleaner than other types. Like the free vacuums.
